Attrans’ primary business is international transport covering exports and imports to/from major European destinations, North Africa and East European countries. Attrans specialises in groupage as well as full load movements of any normal road cargo, including hazardous and refrigerated freight. Additionally, transhipment of groupage to and from all non-EU countries including the USA, Middle East and Asia is offered on a weekly basis through Attrans Ltd’s European consolidation hubs. Over the past few years Attrans has established an ongoing service to and from Tunisia. Both full loads, dry cargo and refrigerated and groupage services are being offered on a weekly basis. Storage and warehousing facilities in all Attrans locations are also offered to its clientele. In order to guarantee its service level to clients all over Europe, Attrans has established a reliable Europe-wide agent’s network throughout its years of operation.
Attrans BV was founded in Alblasserdam, The Netherlands on May 1st 2009. The office also acts as a liaison office for Maltarelated shipments to and from Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Its warehouse is able to handle all kinds of cargo including hazardous materials and project cargo. Besides the road-transport service to/from Malta, Attrans BV also acts as forwarding agent to and from countries in Southern and Eastern Europe including Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Poland, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Belarus. It can also offer services to certain Central Asian destinations. In July 2009, Attrans opened its own operational office in Genova port, enabling Attrans’ own personnel to manage port operations directly, thus improving turnaround time in the terminals and direct communications with suppliers and drivers alike.
In 2012 Attrans opened another office in Holland; Attrans North Africa, to provide transport services to and from North African countries such as Tunisia, Morocco, Algiers and Libya.
