redomiciliation; legal services; technical and regulatory shipping consultancy and ancillary services.

Managing Director, Miriam Camilleri, has over 40 years of experience in the local and international shipping industry and is one of the longest standing businesswoman in shipping in Malta. Miriam is not only knowledgeable on Maltese shipping and logistics but has been consulted on matters relating to other flag administrations and EU maritime related affairs. Miriam is a licensed Corporate Service Provider, President and Chairperson of the Malta Branch of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, a member of the International Propeller Club, Malta Chamber of Commerce and Maltese Representative to the Korean Register of Shipping, one of the most recognized classification societies in the shipping industry, an Honorary Member of the Malta Maritime Law Association and is also Honorary Consul for Georgia in Malta.

Our CEO Dr Lisa Camilleri is a warranted Maltese advocate, an International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) alumnus, forms part of the Executive Committee of the Malta Maritime Law Association appointed as Secretary, is also a licensed Corporate Service Provider and is a founding member of WISTA Malta.
