Suzanne Brincat Dowdall started her career in the shipping industry in 1994 and is the owner and Managing Director of Atlantis Management Ltd (AML). A Certified Public Accountant, specializing in Maltese Taxation, she has over 25 years’ experience in Ship and Crew management with a Diploma in Crew Management through Lloyd’s Maritime Academy. AML was founded in 2002 with a passionate and determined spirit to drive one mission, to offer an exceptional quality service while providing the right solutions for its customers in the Maritime industry. Customer satisfaction is its primary goal, and this is achieved through a reliable, efficient and cost-effective service. Its highly qualified and experienced staff is fluent in the maritime regulations and strives to gain a thorough understanding of clients’ expectations and requirements. AML thus ensures that its clients’ needs are met through the highest standard of service. AML handles the registration of all types of vessels including mortgage registration for all types of private or commercial yachts and merchant vessels.

Certified as a Corporate Services Provider licensed under MFSA, AML offers the entire service from company incorporation including a registered address, payroll and accounting, audit and the liquidation of companies. Yachting
AML offers solutions to yacht owners who have acquired or are in the process of acquiring a yacht including importation procedures, leasing structures, yacht registration and agency services in Malta.
Crew Management
AML offers qualified and experienced crew as per STCW regulations. With their partners in Europe and Asia, they provide tailor-made and reliable crew management services for merchant vessels. AML also offers crew services for yachts including the issuance of MLC crew contracts, crew payroll, seafarer social security and crew certification. AML is certified by Lloyd’s Register as a Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service provider, in accordance with MLC 2006.
