Big D® offers fixing and repairing services for Hypalon© and PVC dinghies. The company prides itself on having the very best staff; highly qualified professionals with more than 36 years experience on field. This is how the company is capable of taking on any challenge head-on. The D team is made up of two skilled artisans in Italy and two in Malta, a carpenter, an electrician and the organisation’s mentor who controls quality and assists the team throughout. Apart from working directly with its customers, it operates as contractors for local and foreign jobs. What also differentiates Big D® is the efficiency of the solutions it designs and incorporates for its customers. This is done utilising top materials only.

Big D® is today able to provide a complete rib refit on ANY kind of rib and dinghy, including total Hypalon© conversion on yacht PVC tenders. All rib tubulars are made of ORCA® Hypalon®, and the rib is closed both under and over the deck junction, without any visible elements.

Dinghy Repairs
Big D® provides complete repair and fixing services for all types of dinghies. Whether your dinghy RHIB or boat needs repairs, adjustments, improvements and/or modifications are desired, the firm will make it look and perform as new.

– partial or complete rebuilds;
– mold removal.

SUPs Repairs
One of most trendy water toys of the last years is the sup. Big D® can fix all inflatable water devices/floating platforms like sups, kayaks, yoga mattress, pools, bananas or crazy sofa boats, superyacht toys and slides.

Fender Repairs
The company also specialises in repairing fenders and fendering systems using their own processes and methods which have been fine tuned over time. We are proud to be a European reference point for fixing heavy duty operation Yokohama rubber fenders.
